We dug out and extended the size of the original patio and decreased the size of the original flower beds. We put down a double row of treated sleepers around the new flower beds and topped them with fresh soil.
We levelled the uneven garden and installed a hardcore type 1 MOT base with a weed control membrane. We laid the patio with Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone slabs in various sizes.
Finally, we finished the job by laying new turf on the remaining area.
